The place was clean with an extremely friendly staff. The room was really immaculately clean, very comfy beds. The location was marvellous and convenient yet it was close to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.

Actually the room was perfectly clean with 'private bathroom' and great heating. The hotel was in a very central setting really close to the ferry port so good if you have an early start the next day. Ate at Happy Gathering, it's relatively close to the venue.

Magnificent and wonderful setting in the domestic area, just next door to rail station and ferry terminal, castle and town centre and the lovely white horse pub and all the restaurants, the beach, the white cliffs, as well as Dover Castle. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Mary's Shell.

Came here for 1 night with my kids, everything was perfect. The breakfast was excellent with homemade jam and preserves and wholemeal toast, so much to pick from. The setting was ideal, so close to the car ferry in Dover as well as pubs, restaurants and even sights.

I have stayed here before, it's still a gorgeous and beautiful hotel. The place was fairly clean, I booked the deluxe queen room with garden views, everything was great. The location was great for walking around Dover Castle. Also was close to restaurants and pubs. The staff was very very nice and friendly, offered excellent services.
